Asked for one thing. Stylist vetoed that. Got something materially-different & slightly weird. I know what I want & what looks good; +feel I was not listened to. Fantasy hair instead of performing client spec = waste of time. Could be individual-differences. I'm picky & specific; maybe she's just really creative? So call it a wash/mulligan. Thank God for heavy-duty product at CVS.

i love billy. every time i go i pick him and he always does a great job with my haircut. he is very friendly and i would 100% recommend him to my friends. he always knows what i want and i like how he gives me opinion if i dont know what i want when i come in. this place is very overall amazing. ive been coming to the west caldwell one for 2 years now. i love the hot towel and the neck massage thing too. i recommended this place to my friends also. i lvoe also how there is always tv on and some sort of sports channel.
